Social

Our Social Membership offers members and their guests a full range of amenities and experiences available at our Clubhouse, ensuring exceptional dining, year-round entertainment, social engagement, and activities for the whole family. The 2026 Annual Dues for a Social Membership are $625 + taxes.

Clubhouse Access & Dining:  Social Members and their guests have year-round, unrestricted access to our Clubhouse, including all dining facilities.  Whether you are looking for an after-work drink, business lunch, casual meal, an elegant dinner, or a lively social gathering, our diverse range of culinary offerings ensures a delightful experience for every occasion. 

Centennial Courtyard:  Located on the North side of the Clubhouse overlooking Wascana wetlands with panoramic views of our City.  An outdoor, relaxing atmosphere with oversized furniture, umbrellas, fire tables, and sparkling lights available to our members and their invited guest to enjoy a casual meal, glass of wine or our outdoor concert events.

Social Events & Entertainment:  Members can take advantage of a full and active year-round calendar of exclusive social events designed to bring our community together.  These include:

  • Outdoor concerts featuring live music and performances

  • Themed dinners and weekly special including Sushi Night, Mexican Feast, Steak Night, and Sunday Brunch

  • Family-friendly activities and seasonal celebrations including our renowned Santa Brunch

Winter Recreation & Outdoor Enjoyment:  Throughout the winter season, Social Members can enjoy our private property for members only and engage in a variety of outdoor and indoor recreational activities designed to embrace the beauty of the season, including:

  • Access to indoor golf simulators, golf instruction, and club fittings

  • Access to miles of groomed outdoor walking trails, ideal for peaceful strolls or invigorating hikes (dog friendly)

  • Cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat biking, providing opportunities for winter fitness and exploration

  • Skating, ice fishing, and other season activities

Club Share
  • The current value of a Wascana Share is $10,000 + taxes.
  • The current Share Initiation Fee is $6,500 + taxes.
  • Shareholders must be 18+ years of age.
  • All Full Play Members (except Corporate Nominees) must pay the Share Initiation Fee and Share value in full upon applying (or in the case of Graduate members, be making non-refundable deposits towards their Share/Initiation Fee purchase).
  • Share deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Fully paid, confirmed Shareholder members of the Club, can redeemed their share value upon resignation from the Club, if/when their Share is purchased by a new Shareholder.
  • Fully paid, confirmed Shareholder members of the Club can make a request to the Board of Directors to transfer their Share to an immediate family member. Transfer fees apply.
Food & Beverage Minimums

ALL Membership categories (excluding Youth) are subject to a yearly Food & Beverage (F&B) minimum assessment.    This is not paid upfront.    This means the member must spend at least their minimum assessment in F&B charges at the Club.  Charges are accumulated throughout the year.  If a member has not satisfied their minimum spend by the end of the year (or upon resigning), they will be charged for the unspent balance.

Guest Privileges
  • All Membership categories (excluding Social) may introduce Guests to the Golf Course. 
  • Guests must play with the member Sponsoring them.
  • Guests are subject to the same tee time restrictions are the Member sponsoring them.
  • Guests may ONLY use the driving range and practice facilities on the day they are registered and have paid to play as a guest.
  • A person may be introduced as a Guest to the Wascana no more than 3 times during the Golf Season.
  • Family members may be introduced as a Guest no more than 6 times during the Golf Season.
